*Gratuities: We do not charge a 10% Service charge like most resorts do; however, we do have a tip box at the front desk for tipping. "It is Hip to Tip". It will be distributed at the end of the month among all our staff (not including drivers and guides). Tour guides and drivers are not included in this and we encourage our guests to tip as they feel in those instances.

All tours below are listed in US dollars and are up to date for 2006/2007 Season. All tours depart almost daily and can be booked while at Crystal Paradise.

Crystal Paradise Resort Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled trip will have the full amount of deposit minus $60.00U.S. handling fee refunded.

Cancellations made 60 - 30 days prior to the scheduled trip will have 50% of the deposit refunded minus $60.00U.S. handling fee.

No deposit will be refunded for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled trip.

No refunds for any unused days or portions of packages.
