What to Bring Passport for entry into Guatemala, binoculars, camera, drinking water, snacks (it will be a late lunch) and shopping money. Wearing shorts is fine; however, loose pants and comfortable shoes are recommended. Wear and bring along insect repellent and sunscreen; an extra shirt is also advisable to change into after the hike.
