During the past months, our family has been working hard to create a safe environment to welcome our guests. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, new regulations and protocols have been placed to reduce the spread of the virus.
It is now mandatory that all hotels be Gold Standard Certified. The Tourism Gold Standard Certification was created by the Belize Tourism Board Specifically for the Belize Hotels to ensure all new standards and protocols are taken into consideration. Therefore only these Gold Standard certified Hotels are able operate.
Below is a list of what to look forward to when visiting our country and staying in our Family’s resort.
1- Wearing a mask is now mandatory in all parts of the country
2- Social distancing is now mandatory in all parts of the country
3- Temperature checks will be made before entering the resort
4- Luggage will be sanitize before entering the property
Changes made around the resort
1- Sanitation station with touch-less faucet, soap dispenser & paper tower dispenser installed at the parking area. Washing hands, temperature log, and sanitizing luggage will take place here before guests enter the property.
2- We installed signs around the resort as a friendly reminder to wear your mask, maintain social distance, and sanitize hands.
3- The tables at our restaurant has been separated and only members of the same group/family can seat in the same table.
